What does a 2BHK interior actually cost?
The most useful answer begins with scope, quantity and specifications—not a single per-square-foot promise.
1. Decide what “full interiors” includes
A quotation may include a modular kitchen, two bedroom wardrobes, TV storage and a few selected units—or also ceilings, electrical changes, painting, furniture and décor. These scopes are not directly comparable. Ask for an itemized breakdown before accepting any price comparison.
2. Cabinets and hardware are major variables
Number of base and overhead cabinets, lofts, storage accessories, hinges, drawer runners and special mechanisms can change the total. Hettich-, Häfele-, Ebco- or Blum-range selections also vary by product line, so a broad brand name is not a precise rate.
3. Choose board and finish thoughtfully
Compare BWR and BWP plywood, selected engineered boards, laminates, acrylic, PU and veneers against actual room conditions. A wet kitchen area has different priorities from a dry bedroom wardrobe.
4. Consider site conditions and taxes
Access, electrical points, civil changes, transportation, installation, appliances and GST can materially affect the final quote. Our online calculator uses illustrative planning rates, not an official binding offer.
